Contestants : Biennial Elections to the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) from Jharkhand.: June 2010

17th June, 2010, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha's candidate Mr. K. D. Singh and the Congress- Jharkhand Vikas Morcha combine candidate Mr. Dheeraj Prasad Sahu have been declared elected for the two Rajya Sabha seats from Jharkhand.

Mr. K. D. Singh got 32 votes while Mr. Dheeraj Prasad Sahu got 28.

Mr. Ajay Maru (BJP) could get 17 votes. Two votes were declared invalid while two had absented from voting.
